Mythbusters is real science. They always do multiple tests and have a control. **** you. I agree on the rest though

They definitely use controls, but their sample size is never large enough to be statistically significant where appropriate. Multiple tests doesn't always mean a large enough sample size.

they do one test and when things don't go their way they try to "replicate the myth" which is a fancy way of saying "we're going to blow **** up to get more viewers"

Yeah, the only time they don't run multiple tests is if the myth is that "so and so cannot so and so" and in their test so and so DOES so and so, hence disproving the myth right then and there.
