So edgy and cool
God I ******* hate this "meme"

Complaining about a meme, so edgy and cool.
User avatar #9 to #2 - ThatsSoFunnyHeHe (05/12/2013) [-]
It has nothing about being "Edgy" or "Cool"
Being edgy and cool would be if you were bragging about it.

This meme is about regretting what you've done, and feeling ashamed.

My mother has that, but i CANT drink them, i am not sure whether alcohol becomes bad after a time or not (some do for sure) but they have been there for 30 so years, NOT risking it. I just went out and bought some, my area had a store that sold liquor to basically anyone if you knew the guy.

Most alcohol tastes like vinegar when left too long so be weary

The typical idea is that alcohol gets better as it ages.

it doesn't 'age' that way when it's been bottled you may have had a 12 year old bottle of scotch for 18 years, but it's sitll only 12 years old, it's all about the time before.

just wanted to

second this, it's not aging unless it's in the cask.

It can age in the bottle, it's just that 99% of the time it is distilled prior to bottling. Distillation is what stops aging, nothing else.

thank you

liquor*?
I'm sure beer doesn't age and just goes bad
User avatar #17 to #6 - iwanttousenumbers (05/12/2013) [-]
Why would you put beer in a liquor cabinet?
User avatar #19 to #17 - trimageryan (05/12/2013) [-]
Because Texas.

Seriously, I've seen people do that here. It's weird.

How long do they keep it there? I'm trying to figure out how it lasts more than 2 days
User avatar #21 to #20 - trimageryan (05/12/2013) [-]
A friend of mine kept it in there for a month because he swore it "Made it higher quality"

It was Budweiser, if you're buying Budweiser quality isn't exactly your aim.

They have whiskeys that are over a hundred years old. Alcohols that go off easily are either carbonated or poorly made. It'll be fine, trust me, I drank a bottle of Bombay Sapphire that was about 8-9 years old and it was still good.
#5 to #3 - taurusguy (05/12/2013) [-]
Thank god, i drank only a tad bit from one of them when i was like 16, but didnt drink all of it because it was DAMN old, like Soviet era, 1950 something.
