Say what you will about the Nazis, but what they did have was probably the sharpest uniforms in the entire war.
Well, when Hugo Boss designs your military outfits, you know you're gonna have an edge

The S.S. was basically Hitler's right hand foot soldiers.

I never said that all of them were evil. I said all of the Nazis did whatever the **** they wanted, not just the SS. By your logic, even those in the SS , could have been good people who might have refused to do anything mistreating another human being without direct orders.

That said, most of them actually WERE the kind you'd invite home for dinner. The Ashe Conformity Tests and Milgram Experiments essentially prove that statistically, about 75% of Americans(milgram experiment) could be pressured in to killing another human being simply by being told to by a man in a white labcoat.

If the Ashe Conformity Experiment is involved, it bumps in to about 98%, which happened to be the rough estimate of the German Population that agreed to Hitler's policies and followed his Regime.

What I'M saying is that the Nazis who went in to towns and razed and plundered them weren't JUST the SS, who were actually less likely to do that given that they were guarding the Death Camps, but all of them. Just how the English, American, and Russian troops did at various points as well. Just how EVERY army has.

The S.S., the Schutzstaffel, Nazi paramilitary group. His grandfather went to Paris as a German S.S. soldier in WWII.
