not a powerlifter as such but enjoying doing the major lifts in the gym, hit a pb of 145kg on the deadlift at 66ishkg

I'm a powerlifter, that's why I made this.

I'm 16, and I've got a total of 1025lbs (about 465kg). I don't compete though, I actually find it fun in and of itself--I do it for recreation.

crazy total what does that include my squat, deadlift and bench is around 330kg.

Yeah, it's a total between squat deadlift and bench press.

330kg isn't bad, it's a lot better than the average non-lifting person.

Pretty much, but I take advice from Youtube fitness gurus like Elliott Hulse, and Omar Isuf.

What are your squat deadlift and bench prs? Right now I've got a 215lb bench, 405lb squat, and a 405lb deadlift.

190lb bench 310lb deadlift 180-200lb squat not sure on my max though. i watch all of Elliotts videos, matt ogus as well

Nice, I've been messing around with it for the past 2 years, but I had no idea what the **** I was doing for the first year of that, so I'm not exactly at the pinnacle for my age. How tall are you? At 74kg, you either gotta be skinny as **** , or somewhat short.

Well actually I'm neiter. I'm 5'11'' which amittedly is short here in the Netherlands but also kinda ripped at 15% bf. Luckily I have a good coach so progress is good for me now.

Cool beans, I'm 6' flat, 215lbs (about 97kg), I used to be 250lbs though, and I'm still continuing to lose weight, I wanna be somewhere between 190lbs and 200lbs by the end of the month (I'm not trying to get super shredded), so we'll see how that goes.

You're lucky to have a coach, I train myself, and learn everything I can from people on Youtube like Elliott Hulse, and Omar Isuf.

Elliot is good. I browse /fit/ a lot too. Lot of **** but sometimes good information. Read Starting Strenght if you really want to get form down. What is your bf btw?

I don't know man, I think it's around 25%-- I'm a fatass, but like I said, I'm cutting, I've lost 18lbs in the past 3 weeks.
