if both parents have one dominate gene of brown eyes and one recessive gene of blue eyes there is 25% chance that the child will have blue eyes even though the parents have brown

You goddamn ******* retard. The content says that two parents with BLUE (emphasis on ******* BLUE) eyes CANNOT have children with BROWN eyes.

Blue eyes are recessive alleles, meaning people with blue eyes cannot carry the brown eye allele.

Eyes are not a simple one gene game. There are multiple genes that control eye color, and eye color is a continuous trait, just like skin color is.
