I honestly don't like rainmeter, I find it too gimmicky and "ricey".

It's very simple to install. It's just a simple program, and you get extra files that'll be your icons. The scripts in them are very easy to mod (Colors,Size,ect, [url deleted] is all customizable. As for finding it, just google 'Rainmeter'. Not a hard concept.

Friend of mine has this on his laptop, seen it in class. He based his off Jarvis. From my understanding, it has some raw instruction and basic code... and using Java, you need to take it from there.
This was several months ago and I have done no research, I could be incredibly wrong.
