Yeah, that's true, because of the "le"s destroyed it.  The point is, it's true story to the fat people who have skinny friends eating tons of junk food that's worth around 5,000 calories a day and not get fat in one week. I assume that they burned calories after they eat junk food? I don't know much more about human's digestive, I'm not really expert at biology or some stuff like that. It's true story. It happens to me all the time. I weight around 180 pounds, i have my body fat. I lift weights, it's the only that it makes me heavier. So, I should have a diet and then lift the weight later? I don't know much more about the fitness, I'm not really expert on all of that healthy 			****		. I eat normal food everyday, 3 meals per day.

same here. from germany so i dont know exactly how much i weigh in pounds, but its probably around 180-190 pounds. i eat normal meals, i admit that i do not do much sport, but still i am not eating all the time. a friend of mine weighs around 150 or 140 pounds if not less, and hes basically eating and playing video games all day, he doesnt get fat.

I got used to push up every night before going bed. I started doing the pushups in the past 2 months and I STILL do the pushups ever since. Still, doing push ups doesn't get me a skinny body or abs. But, I could do 20 pushups without breaking a sweat. I remember when I first started that habit, I gave up on 3 or 5 push ups. Now, I can do 20 push ups without breaking a sweat. It's accurate fact that people will get used to the habit in 2 months. The important thing is, don't give up until you embrace it. I don't care if the content has "le" in it, it's just how we feel. We eat less, but the skinny people eat tons and do not get fat. In this social world, most of people think that being skinny, would get them attention, popular, relationships, beautiful, blah blah blah. We struggle our own problems. Having abs just because you're skinny, is like having big breasts because you're fat. Sorry if I confuse you or not clear enough.
