If you have connections yes. But where i live they ridicule private universities for their low education standards. I met a chick that studied geography on privat university and she didn't know where germany was.

I'm going to join the army after I get done going to my community college, and get a job in there and the only way I could join and get a job was to go to college and get credits, which is my local community college. I will stay in the army for 20 years, thanks to my community college. And while I'm in there I will be an electrical engineer.
faggot.

having been to both community college for a couple of years and a university for a couple of years, the quality of education is much better at community colleges (I've been to 3) versus the state university i decided to drop out of to study at community colleges, and the coursework is nearly the same (hell, i even had to do more work for some classes at a CC than other classes at a SU). Seriously, the class material is the same, classes are smaller, and the teachers are more relaxed. having a Dr. lecture to a class of 150 for an hour and a half is a far less enjoyable environment than having a teacher with a masters, in a class of 30, and having a class discussion on the topic. i have not failed a class at a community college, whereas, i got nearly strait Cs at university.

Also a bachelors degree is still a bachelors degree no matter where you got it from
