Randomise your calorie intake, thats seems to work too, apparently. green tea, coffee, and bit of excursus and you're well on your way

Don't be it's not like its your fault! Anyway, any tips to losing weight without much physical strain? I have a sort of a heart condition and can't exert myself too much

How old are you . And you should just go to an expert .
When i was 15 i was 120 kilos .I lost 40 kilos in 2 years with the help of a dietician .
You dont want that . You want to lose weight steadily and with exercise .
Why you ask ?Because if you dont exrcise your skin will not contract and you will be left with wings biger than those of the pterodactyl .Been there done that . I needed surgery .

As for a tip . Best one i got is . EAT SALAD .
TONS OF IT .. always start with SALAD .
When you are gona eat you will eat a whole plate of salad , just so you feel full .
And then eat your food . That will trick your body into eating less "Food" .
Thought you should just lessen your quandities . Because if you dont , your stomach
will never contract and you will need to cut that aswell (didnt have to do that ).
Another tip is . Eat a lot , but in different times . Small quandities every 2 hours or so .

Swimming is probably the best form of cardio. Don't know the specifics of your condition, but I would just start slow, take some walks, not like strolling through the park, but like power walking. Walk like you're about to **** your pants, and need to get to a bathroom but don't want anyone to see you running to the bathroom. Then start going up hills/stairs, then possibly jog, or swim. Like I said, I don't know what the deal is with your heart, but I would assume if you start small and work your way up to more difficult exercise you should be fine, but I would ask your Dr. first.

As for diet, eat healthy, limit carbohydrate intake (eat the majority of your carbs before noon), lots of veggies, meat, eggs, eat small meals every 2 or 3 hours if possible. EAT BREAKFAST if you don't already. Hope this helps. If you want more specific suggestions, all you gotta do is ask.
