How old are you . And you should just go to an expert .
When i was 15 i was 120 kilos .I lost 40 kilos in 2 years with the help of a dietician .
You dont want that . You want to lose weight steadily and with exercise .
Why you ask ?Because if you dont exrcise your skin will not contract and you will be left with wings biger than those of the pterodactyl .Been there done that . I needed surgery .

As for a tip . Best one i got is . EAT SALAD .
TONS OF IT .. always start with SALAD .
When you are gona eat you will eat a whole plate of salad , just so you feel full .
And then eat your food . That will trick your body into eating less "Food" .
Thought you should just lessen your quandities . Because if you dont , your stomach
will never contract and you will need to cut that aswell (didnt have to do that ).
Another tip is . Eat a lot , but in different times . Small quandities every 2 hours or so .

Swimming is probably the best form of cardio. Don't know the specifics of your condition, but I would just start slow, take some walks, not like strolling through the park, but like power walking. Walk like you're about to **** your pants, and need to get to a bathroom but don't want anyone to see you running to the bathroom. Then start going up hills/stairs, then possibly jog, or swim. Like I said, I don't know what the deal is with your heart, but I would assume if you start small and work your way up to more difficult exercise you should be fine, but I would ask your Dr. first.

As for diet, eat healthy, limit carbohydrate intake (eat the majority of your carbs before noon), lots of veggies, meat, eggs, eat small meals every 2 or 3 hours if possible. EAT BREAKFAST if you don't already. Hope this helps. If you want more specific suggestions, all you gotta do is ask.

There isn't just one type of fat, there is fat on the outside and then there is fat that envelops the organs of skinny people. I saw this in a documentary and apparently is more dangerous than those love handles and big belly.

i aint american. i am indian male and i have this problem myself turns out i have high metabolism so food gets digested easily and was told not to eat junk food too much depending on diet i can gain weight easily and lose even more easily and irregular heartbeat problems which will increase suddenly when ever i am perfectly relaxed and wakes me up with a shock at the back of my tongue.. i lost count of how many times i gained and lost weight rapidly in range 63 to 79 kgs during last 4 years as a result i have all kinds of photos of mine hardly recognizable from one another.. but this is actually a good thing if given a proper diet one can have one of the finest and fittest bodies possible without much exercise and people with high metabolism when train their body can become first class world martial artist with bettter reflexes than average people.. i don't know why i am telling this to you, probably because i am bored and i am on internet.
if you managed to read till here americans are fat because their food contain high calories and they don't do any workout at all, god i was disgusted when dancing with them in pub and the reasons most asians are slim is because they are mostly underfed and they do some physical work regularly.

since you need to gain weight for sports are you in footbal or tennis or something else.

well high metabolism is not very uncommon among people who are always stressed, anxious or energetic. and yes this very same thing can even make them fat very easily if the diet is wrong and accumulates abdominal fat also known as visceral fat(* harmful) instead of normal subcutaneous fat.

and make you fat, just eating more will increase you metabolism but slowly like it will start showing affect after a month but you will go obese first, but you do it while starting workout you will see effects in weeks other wise you'll just get fat with both visceral and subcutaneous and you'll die few years earlier than expected.
