With the coma one, I've always thought-What if you were in a coma all this time, but when you wake up your real family is nothing at all like your coma one. Your coma family, the one you probably grew to love, is nonexistent. Maybe they're people you've seen on tv or in public, but they will never really know you and you'll never see them again. You would have to finish life at what ever age you wake up at with new people and nothing but the memories of your coma family.

What if you woke up one day and realized you were in a mental institution and Clinton was president of North Korea and women didn't exist and physics weren't real and you had to adjust to your new life where telling anyone about your strange fantasy world with soft and curvy people that have a hole just for penises would shock and disgust them and your new boyfriend Mitch tries so hard to understand what you're going through but he's wondering deep inside if it's really worth it to have to explain to someone that "weight" is just something you made up inside your brain while you were in your schizophrenic world and if you believe hard enough you can float off wherever you want to when that person can't even get up without Viagra?
