The more i read into this. The more my eyes tear up.

I will never be able to handle it when my parents go.

There there...

That's just the purpose of life. You are born on all fours, you can not do anything on your own and these two people who you do not know just look after you because they love you unconditionally. They take care of you even though you make a mess, make alot of noise and even be a pain in the ass.

Then you grow up and start realizing that you are sharing a home with them (no, not a house, not a shelter - a Home) and you realize that they are people too. And you start acknowledging their unconditioned love for just a human being. You are (one) of their biggest contributions to this world. Now you realize that your parents are just pushing you on a bicycle into the World. But they can not push you forever, at one point it is all you. I do not know if you learned by yourself how to ride a bicycle - but imagine you are. And both of your parents are pushing you and at one point they let you go. Do you look back? No. They look as you go on your way... they are left behind - you follow your circle through life.

At one point, you meet someone to ride the bicycle with - then you have to get off and help, along with that special someone, a child to ride his bicycle into life.

Have a great night.

Basically, after his parents passing, whenever the man tries to relive the memories of his past with his parents, whether they be good or bad, he realizes that he can never truly experience them again, and that he will never recapture what exactly that moment was like, hence "everything feels off" or the noticeably ironic "Yeah, just like old times."

Because of this epiphany, the character is sullen and shapeless, a shell of what he used to be because he can't recreate or recapture the times when he was whole.

He finds closure in the fact, however, that his parents always cared for and loved him, and that they always will, even from beyond the grave, as seen with the smile at the end of the note.

That's my interpretation, anyway.

ASIANS CAN ACTUALLY READ MINDS!!!!!!!!!!!!
they can hear, and see what your visually thinking
this is the complete truth
The reason a lot of Asians have completely expressionless faces, segregate from everybody else-only associate with Asians and don’t associate with non Asians that much, and are very unfriendly in general is to avoid accidentally revealing that they can read minds. If all over a billion Asians where to show facial expressions all the time just as much as non Asians, integrate and associate with non Asians much more, and be much more friendly and talkative, then a lot of them might accidentally reveal that they can read minds by accidentally showing a facial expression or dirty look when someone thinks, or visually pictures something in their mind they don’t like, find astonishing, or funny etc because those people might see that and and really wonder what that was that just happened there and see the connection, and
