What about the people on the other side of the planet ? - They're still on the planet, the planet is in the picture so therefore they are in the picture.    
   
What about the people born after the picture was taken ? - All the constituents that made them are there, so therefore they are there as well.

That's nice, but they aren't really in the frame.
That's like taking a picture of a wall and saying. "This is a picture of my son."

but where is he? Oh, he's just on the other side of the wall.

It says "In the frame". Not "On the planet".

There's probably a piece of dust made from your son's dead skin cells in the picture of the wall so he's there.

No, "a piece of my son's dead skin cell" would be there, not him.

You don't refer to parts and especially not tiny cells as the person.

"Oh, look. This is my son." and then you point at a toe-nail clipping. People would look at you like you were retarded.
