This website's ability to read into things is astounding.
The case was brought up because a women and man were having sex and the women told the man to get off of her. She took away her consent halfway through. It was not justified of the male to keep going once the women said stop. As soon as the woman told the man to get off of her it became nonconsensual.
Finishing while someone is saying no can still be considered rape and I completely agree. Just because there was a yes at the beginning doesn't mean a no in the middle doesn't matter.

the article clearly stated that they agreed upon the sex before hand but she stated she wanted him to pull out as she did not want another child. She stated that he said "i'll do whatever i want" and went along with his joy ride. She then became pregnant and wants to sue him.

Judges however are like "well how are you going to prove any of this happened?" They clearly said that the limitation in her approach is that she can just yell out PULL OUT just before he finishes or supposedly finishes and then cry rape
