Read the article guys, it is actually pretty sensible, the headline totally fucking blows it out of proportions. as headlines tend to do. Its basically saying that if you agree to sex, but say, for example, a condom must be worn, and the guy just starts going at it anyway, it will be considered rape.

I agree with it.

It's saying consent to sex doesn't mean you can do anything with her. If you force your dick in a girls ass against her will, even if she consented to normal sex then it's still rape.

TL;DR, she only agreed to get down on the condition he pulled out, he agreed and then came inside her anyway, saying "I'll do what I need to", deliberately ignoring her conditions, honestly I support this woman and case decision.

Yeah, if you fall that easily for misleading headlines

Then I simply give up on your ability to read newspapers

This website's ability to read into things is astounding.
The case was brought up because a women and man were having sex and the women told the man to get off of her. She took away her consent halfway through. It was not justified of the male to keep going once the women said stop. As soon as the woman told the man to get off of her it became nonconsensual.
Finishing while someone is saying no can still be considered rape and I completely agree. Just because there was a yes at the beginning doesn't mean a no in the middle doesn't matter.

Here is the fun part about making laws over something done in private

You ready for it?

PEOPLE.... LIE

The sad thing is that for every like every 6000 real rapes in the world, maybe 1 bitch lied about it. And that one bitch has permanently caused suspicion and judgment on all rape victims who are raped by a partner, or someone they were flirting with.

Well, if that's the case, I'm not even going to fucking ask!

Once again the media has blown a story way out of proportion, with all the "don't belive what the media tells you crap" on the FP, it kinda makes pointless when posts like this come up.

>The story was, 2 people had sex (hetero).
>2 way consent
>halfway through girl says "stop"
>guy kept going

This has always been considered rape for many years now.

Before you all start shitting your pants maybe you should read more than the fucking headline, dipshits.

I don't think a 10 match ban is hard enough on Suarez. What he did is inexcusable.

its more so if you deliberately do something she asked you not to, or bypass the rules of engagement. for the case it was a man who purposely didn't pull out even though the female required him to pull out if they were to have sex. I dot totally agree with it being counted as rape, but yes there should be some type of law for this.

I love how the headline has absolutely nothing to do with the article, might aswell had been a fucking article about taxes being raised..

"consent to sex" Well theres always limits when you consent to something that can be interpreted that broad

"Hey! I didnt agree that you could bring that horse in on this!"

Might as well start writing out sex contracts for the positions and roles two consenting adults have.

You'll have dilemma's such as "my nipples weren't pinched hard enough and i did not enjoy the sex, therefore it is rape"

Or new classics like "I asked him to ram me in the ass like a bull but he went in with the strength of a baby seal. I was not impressed. It was rape"

The possibilities are endless...

Maybe it means forced consent... (I didn't read the article)
Like I've heard cases where the men got the woman at knife/gun point and told them to give permission and somehow these retards thought that means they could have sex with them and it was legal...

It could also be the old argument where the girl consented to it at the beginning but wanted it to stop mid way but the guy kept it going by ignoring her. In my eyes that is rape too, though many people don't see it that way.

As I said I haven't read the article and I don't want to read it off a picture, if anybody could link me to it I'd be very grateful.

i've read this article no the bus (fun, yes i know) it's basically they agreed to have sex, when he was about to finish he had promised to pull out to not get her pregnant, and he did not, it's all really rather asinine i mean, pulling out does not even garantee that she wno't get pregnant, but i'm trying to not get into it.

If you think about it in relative terms, you can agree to sex but you might not know that your signing up for some weird-ass, fetish fanatical rough housing. Simply put, you might have agreed to cookies but not for raisins.
