I agree, and I think the concept of exploring an alien terrain with possible alien life would be a cool experience for just about everyone. Except creationists and mormons, they don't believe in that stuff, so **** those people.

I dont know why this reminded me of this, but today is Shakespeare's 449th birthday, and its also speak like Shakespeare day.

Pic related not only because of this, but because today in drill class in the middle of our routine, i shouted "thou must slapeth thine ho!" everyone laughed, everyone got punished for it.

STOP posting this ******** . None of this happened 'This week' and anyone who thumbs if retarded for thinking it did.

Trying to be informative by giving false information seems kinda counterintuitive don't you think?

It means that a neural pathway wasn't signaling enough because the mouse had autism, but that same neural pathway gets stimulated and starts signaling more because of weed.
User avatar #187 to #185 - AmandaNicole (04/24/2013) [-]
So weed can essentially "fix" autism?
I'm so confuse.
User avatar #197 to #187 - xyxoz (04/24/2013) [-]
Just imagine if you were high all the time, and couldn't process things quite right, and were fully aware of this, and that getting high actually made things easier to understand and less out-of-it.
User avatar #190 to #187 - SuperSixONE (04/24/2013) [-]
Yes, actually, yes. It doesn't cure it, but it helps a lot, at least in mice.

Dopamine-

Dopamine has many functions in the brain, including important roles in behavior and cognition, voluntary movement, motivation, punishment and reward, inhibition of prolactin production (involved in lactation and sexual gratification), sleep, dreaming,[20] mood, attention, working memory, and learning. Dopaminergic neurons (i.e., neurons whose primary neurotransmitter is dopamine) are present chiefly in the ventral tegmental area (VTA) of the midbrain, the substantia nigra pars compacta, and the arcuate nucleus of the hypothalamus.

Im pretty sure Im being slow here, did they find weed to be more beneficial or not?
User avatar #213 to #174 - taintedangel (04/24/2013) [-]
Yes they did. It can now be an autism treatment.

The beer thing isn't a discovery, that's been known for a very long time. And the nano suit bug isn't from this week, I heard about that earlier this year.

Who the **** makes these
#149 - lmaoau (04/23/2013) [-]
Lol what if being autistic is normal and we are not, to be honest what the **** is normal.

I was actually contemplating this "what really_ is_ normal" latley. makes ya think.
User avatar #176 to #162 - trimageryan (04/23/2013) [-]
It's actually a very simple answer. Normal is just the general actions of the majority of people.
