Newport aquarium has an exhibit where you can pet sharks, most people choose to use those 2 fingers instead of full on touching them, because anyone who goes to the newport aquarium is about 5 years old and with their first grade teacher.

I live in Cincinnati. The newport aquariums right across the river. Pretty recently, they got one of those sting ray petting zoo tank things. Thats the only thing I can think of with that

I think that when they hold their fingers up and blow a whistle a dolphin jumps out of the water.

When you pet a sting ray they tell you to use to fingers instead of petting 'em like a dog, cause dem sea creatures are "delicate".
