Ok, I'm gonna get red thumbs for this, but **** it, because this is **** logic. A car, an inanimate object, cannot make that decision to take advantage of a drunk girl. I get it, there are cunts out there who will yell rape at anything, but that doesn't mean the guy doesn't have any responsibility.

what if the guy is also drunk? also, when does it stop being about the actions of the man and start being the fault of the woman who CHOSE to drink and then to have sex? of course there are the cases where she's passed out and obviously in no shape to consent but in a normal situation, whether both parties are drunk or not, nobody flipped a **** when he put his p in her v and therefore it aint rape.

but the woman also has responsibility does she not? And if both parties decide to get to ******* then neither individual should be able to retroactively change their answer.

Tell that to a feminist, they believe that even married women can say their husband has raped them even if the sex was consensual.
