I liked Majora's mask better.

I was expecting red thumbs, what the fuck.

Expect red thumbs for this, but I found Majora's Mask worse than OOT, and any other 3-D Zelda game I have played. I could not get interested in it and just quit after I got the Goron mask. Also Water Temple

Either you loved it or you hated it. There really wasn't a middle ground.

Very True.

I find Majora's Mask to have the best story of any Zelda game. I like OoT's dungeons more though.

They both have their strengths; Ocarina's being length and story, and Majora's being the general feeling of "fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck the moon's gonna crash fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck" (in other words, a darker, heavier - almost more adult - story).

I personally prefer Ocarina, but Majora is a close second on my list of favorite Zelda games.

I liked mm better because the mood and feel of the game sticks with you. It's a really memorable game, and I'm actually planning on a tattoo from the game. OoT was still insanely good too of course. None of the new zeldas compare to either of these for me sadly.

Well MM wasn't really about the main quest, it was about the side quests you did. They are both equal length, OOT just was more focused on the main story.

I prefer the idea of having a ton of stuff going on in the world, even if you do not trigger it. Shit happens in MM no matter what you do, and you can't do everything in just 3 days. I like MM better for that.

Yeah, those are certainly some good strong points of MM. I wouldn't say MM was just as long because of the sidequests though (I've played both 100%), MM is a short game no matter how you spin it, but the quality of the game more than makes up for it.
