Except they never took a single city and had a nonmilitary city under siege for a year because it had their leader's name in it.

as much as I'm not a fan of rage comics, this was pretty clever

and america wasn't as big of a player as those three in ww2, although america was important

Man, my first grade teacher didn't even know that the Russians were part of the war. When I brought my great-grandfather's medals to show-and-tell one time, the teacher talked to my mother afterwards to make sure I wasn't ************. My mother asks her in her thick accent "who do you think ended the war", and the teacher says "well the United States of course!". Yeah.

Well, America did. The Pacific Theater ended after Germany and Italy surrendered on May 8th, 1945. Japan didn't surrender until September 2nd, 1945. Which means that the United States did, actually, end the war.

Good job, Funnyjunk. Don't let facts get in the way of your blind nationalism and Anti-Americanism. Bring on the red thumbs.

Well you mean America got the past punch in on Japan, I wouldn't say that ended the war, I'd say that Japan going "**** the USSR has broken their nap the brits are getting their second wind our industry is ****** our people are irradiated we'd better cut out losses and surrender to the allies"
