or... could these galactic filaments structure work in a similar way to brain cell: transmitting signals through the entire "connection", sharing these signals among the "neuron" (the bright area)
These signals are electrical in brain, and it could be some sort of unknown/more complex form of energy/force in galactic filament, like say dark energy

If these galactic filaments show some sort of activity like transmitting "signals" among filaments, could it actually "learn" and have (some level of if not higher level) consciousness?
