Quite right sir, I'm 206.4lb with 13% body fat but for some strange ass reason I sweat a lot. Although it has gone down a lot if I were to compare it to say freshman year of high school. What about yourself?

like since freshman i lifted alot of weightss because of football and well im a linemen so i ate and lift weights and yeah i was solid back up because of my height im only 5'7

Are you looking to cut weight or just bulking up? Also what body type do you have? You can be lean and strong as hell

i was for awhile thinking of losing weight but then i decided to bulk up and so i started taking stuff like hydroxicut n.o xplod and other gnc stuff
and my body type is kinda like the goron big belly but strong arms legs and back
and thick stomach es meh dont really care much for abs

Well one big problem is taking Hydroxycut.... the thing is a caffeine pill... I have a bottle of it and I too thought it would work, but nope, thing is basically a double shot of condense red bull with 5 different types of amino acid with caffeine.

I too have strong arms, legs, back, and thick shoulders, but if you want to get lean you need to take it easy on the easy days. Like for example; my easy days are Tuesday which is laterals, Wednesday which are legs, and Thursday which are shoulders. Take it easy on those days and just focus on cardio, you'll see a huge weight loss by doing this.

Everyone has abs by the way, just more cardio and clean up your diet. Yes you can eat what ever you want and burn them all up at the gym but do you really want to eat what ever your body doesn't need?

dont get me wrong i know alot more since my hs days now im 22 years old and
true i eat alot of grill chicken and stuff no soda or anything sugar drinks just water milk and pure orange juice and yeah every now and then i do cardio like light jogging and the bike while listening to music or playing pokemon

but hey thanks for the lil advice never hurt getting more tips from a muscle head =)

Oh speaking of advice, I'm assuming you've been lifting since your high school days. I have a problem with my chest not growing as fast as my other body parts. This also applies to my brother as well. Do you have any advice on how to grow your chest? such as any lifitng you've done to show growth?

High school does seem a long time ago, I'm 21 now and hey man I eat chicken too. **** is awesome. But in my opinion, cardio plays an important role in how we work out. More cardio, more oxygen, less cool down time due to awesome cardio.

You could try insanity, thing is hard as hell but what isn't hard at the gym? plus you actually do get great results, I went 225 to 210 in a month from it.

Guys so I know the description is in relation to the Dub the Dew contest, but I just have to say, Hitler did do something wrong. He an heroed and pussied out. I think Hitler should have disguised himself and left the German forces, lying in wait to strike again in the future.

and big guys just sweat alot i know cause ima big guy too who likes to lift
