Consider the following;
1. Like you ******* hate on your generation, your parents can still hate on the youth, since they didn't raise all of them.
2. “Our youth now love luxury. They have bad manners, contempt for authority; they show disrespect for their elders and love chatter in place of exercise; they no longer rise when elders enter the room; they contradict their parents, chatter before company; gobble up their food and tyrannize their teachers.” that was Sokrates, more than 2000 years ago..

tl;dr: shut the **** up, pic unrelevant

I think it's more like egotistical teens and young adults that say this not actual parents.

I'm thirteen, and I don't consider myself as one of the swagfags and idiots that are else to be found in my generation. I think this is the same as the religious debates, where the stupidest yell the ludest, and are reckoned as the average, when in fact, it is those of us, who sit in silence when those dumbasses speak, and feel disgust, those are the average.

Every generation gets better and better. Why the **** do think its so much better now than in the 17th century.

- Parents want kids to have the best life
- Parents work hard so kids have good life
- Parents work hard to make more money, but have less time to spend on kids
- Result: Not enough parenting and parents try to make up for it by spoiling kids
- Add in divorces and other variables, and it explains a lot

Of course this doesn't run true for all families by any means, but it gives kind of a skewed modern version of the American dream.

I don't want kids. I have enough siblings that I can just be the cool bachelor uncle and let them do all the work.
