I think he meant for this scenario:

gay man 1:Yea, I can't wait to do you in the butt.
gay man 2: No way, i wanna do it first.
gay man 1: Lets flip a coin for it
gay man 2: Okay

At least something like that

You flip a coin in football to determine who kicks and who receives, now please ease it with the childhood stories.

I think the media is fear mongering, North Korea has never had a successful test launch of ICBMs and now they think that a untested Mid range missile is going to be perfect?

I highly doubt North Korea is going to hurt anyone but South Korea, and then in turn themselves.

Well considering the U.S. has set up an Air-defense system in S. Korea and we have a Fleet there, as well as the near by bases in Okinawa and Guam, I doubt even S. Korea would take damage. All I see out of this is a chance to increase relation with China and making a single "democratic" Korea

As i have heard it, N.Korea has a pretty large stock of artillery right across the border, all aimed at Seoul. And, as I'm sure you know, it's pretty hard to just shoot down artillery shells. If N. Korea attacked fiorst they would no doubt start be shelling Seoul, and the city would take considerable damage before we or S. Korea mobilized defensive strikes and counter offensives.

S. Korea would take damage, but the north would be crushed inevitably. Especially since i don't think China would come to their rescue.

If they did try to mess with S. Korea, we would throw out protectorate rights to enter battle on their side, and it has been mentioned that China would come in on N. Korea's side because of their diplomatic parties. But I do believe they wouldnt mess with anyone. I mean, they want to attack a country that has a stockpile of around 2000 or more nuclear warheads when they just developed theirs. Sorry for long post man.

China has disproved of N. Korea's actions
"....China wants to protect its neighbor, but is also disapproving and keen to change its behavior."

They don't have successful ICBM's, however, they do have a three stage rocket that launched a satellite into space. Two points I'd like to make with this:
1) That rocket might be able to reach Alaska or Hawaii.
2) The satellite might be a nuclear payload set to drop out of orbit on command.
Granted it looks like the satellite is tumbling in space with no course, and a space launch requires little guidance systems, but they still have some capabilities.
