Stupid anon question here: Does data weigh anything? Lets say I download 3 games onto my hardrive; would any of that data contribute to the weight of the hardrive, even if its unrecognizable unless you have a special scale of some sort?

That's an excellent question...
Cobalt is used as the material by which bits are flipped and data is stored. One gigabyte of data weighs roughly 0.617411 micrograms depending on type and manufacturer.
