You know what the most confusing part of Steam is? The recommendations page. Sometimes, it recommends games I like, sometimes it doesn't. It's a hit or miss sort of thing, but most of the time it recommends games from my wishlist. Like, how is that a good idea? "Hey, pyras27, you might like Star Wars Battlefront 2." Well, yeah, Steam. I might, since I already told you I would like that game. Sometimes it even recommends games I already have, which really just blows my mind.

Well, they're fully aware that they're not coming up with a brilliant idea. They're taking a potential purchase they know you're interested in, waving it in your face saying "hey, remember me?", and passing it off as bad engineering. Recommending games you already own though? Yeesh.

Oh I know what they're doing. The comment was a joke which is really funny when heard, but I guess its tone doesn't really carry over through text.
