well Bruce Wayne is rich, and probably took self defense classes as a kid, however Clark Kent is a muscly reporter, which can go for his favor, so it's kind of unknown on who would win. Although in my opinion, Bruce Wayne would just throw money until Clark left him alone.

You have to take into account how useful those classes were at that age. Besides the fact there's years between the classes and him having to use what he learned, most self defense classes have been proven to be futile, focusing too much on "scripted events", rather than real life situations (you have to attack me slightly to the left like I was taught or I can't do this!).
Let's say the classes were above average and actually taught Bruce a thing or two about fighting, Clark wouldn't use any fancy martial arts techniques, but instead run head first.
It just seems like too much brawn pit against too little skill.
