Except:
At high temperatures muscles contract. This is why the citizens of Pompeii were all found curled up in the fetal position. A flaming zombie may not initially die from the flames as a human might, but it's not going to be moving around either.

Also another thing is is this:
Unless they were recently deceased they'd be all bones.
Which wouldn't be a zombie apocalypse,
but a skeleton apocalypse.
Also sorry about any bad grammar.

Well, it's still the "walking dead," either way. But skeletons would be ******* cool!

******* finally some logic. Shots in their lungs should also make them unable to breathe, and in turn have no oxygen for muscles, and wont be able to move. But that don't happen because of the "destroy brain or didnt die"-retardation. Zombies is just as logical as ghosts.

Well, sorta maybe as to the lungs comment. You can live with a punctured lung for a while, and lungs aren't necessary for all biological organisms. If there were a parasite or virius which could produce its own ATP anaerobically or photosythetically or some other way which didn't require lungs, and it was able to hijack the body's natural ATP transport system -- lungs would be completely irrelevant. Alternately, if the virus or parasite was able to alter the systems already in place (such as many diseases already do, the most prominent being cancer) it could take lungs out of the equation as well. Some frogs actually breathe through their skin, and gills bypass lungs as well; each of these systems puts oxygen directly into the bloodstream, which is what the alvioli in the lungs are designed to do anyway.

This doesn't happen immediatly though, and they can pretty much still shamble for a while.

I know this because I happened to see some scarring footage of people getting flamethrower cum all over em in WW2. I was 10.
