I was just wondering, do guys cry, I've never seen my older brother cry, ever. I've seen my little brother cry but he's still really little. I've never seen a guy friend cry before in my life. I've never seen my best friend cry, I've known him sense kindergarten, I feel like I'm being a really bad friend if I go to them when I'm sad but they don't feel like I'm someone they can go to when they are sad or upset, am I a bad friend, I'm sorry for bothering you if I have.

I haven't really cried from sadness in a while, but then again my life isn't all too sad.

I'd say its perfectly alright for a man to cry, given good reason. Hell, the greeks thought it was manly to cry because it showed that you actually cared.

We do cry, but we tend not to because most guys feel they have to upkeep that image of a man being strong and not crying in every situation. I've never seen my dad cry either and the only guys I've seen cry were gay, and that was usually out of some sort of frustration.

Only situations when I allow myself to cry is when I'm seriously injured, really pissed, suffering traumatic injury to the testicular region or when a family member/pet dies.

Most guys I know doesn't cry. Not saying everyone is like that, but if they actually cried it would most likely be when they're alone.

Yeah, my bf has cried in front of me once. It took a lot for him to cry though (we was going through a bad patch and we was going to break up, glad we didn't still together over 4 years later), he didn't even cry when his nan died and she meant a lot to him, she practically raised him.

I'm a male, I cry often.. my girlfriend took an overdose, I cried with her.. she cut herself at my house, i cried, I stopped her and she cried and i cried, she got in a car accident only 2 hours ago.. im crying now.. yes men cry, but we dont tend to tell everyone and show everyone, just our closest.. and fj is one of my closest so there ya go
