Almost positive this is a mod to either make the crib look like a grill or the meat look like a baby, I've only played Sims 1 and 2 though and I've seen enough weird **** that if this was an added feature in Sims 3 I'd be like "k"

I know of a mod that lets you tell a Sim to do any emote you wanted for as long as you wanted (for machinima purposes) so either the original creator just parked that Sim by the window and set them to "freak out", or yeah, this is a mod that lets you grill 'em complete with Sim reactions and etc. Coding a whole new mod just for that gag seems excessive in comparison though, just my opinion
