You have trouble picking up sushi up with chopsticks? Try picking up fishballs by just chopsticks.

I've done it for years. Try picking up peas with chopsticks. I'VE DONE IT FOR YEARS TOO. Try picking single grains of rice with chopsticks. I'VE DONE IT FOR YEARS FOR FUN. But i can't pick grass jelly with chopsticks. Or squid tentacles.

I learned chopsticks by eating Pho, now a fork seems barbaric.

I know your feel. I can not eat ramen noodles or anything involving rice with anything but chopsticks. It doesn't feel right.

No... no they don't, i don't know where you get your facts from but we use chopsticks because their easier to use than forks. If you never noticed every Japanese dish is designed for chopsticks. Our rice sticks together and doesn't separate, our chicken, pork, and almost all other meats are cut before cooking to a bite size. And our noodles are cooked in long stands.

I do, I rarely use them, so it takes me 15 or so minutes to get acclimated, and even then it is tenuous.

If you read this backwards, it's about a regurgitated wounded sushi who is then massaged for his troubles

It's socially acceptable to eat sushi with your hands.
