1) Aquire a large conductive pole that is extremely thin on one end, and some super glue.
2) Insert the wider end firmly into your anus hole
3) Place yourself so that the thinner end is deep inside any household wall socket (but not the earth-wire hole)
4) You might want to make sure it's switched off first though.
5) Firmly glue one foot to the floor and make sure it's on your skin and not a sock/shoe. This is t make sure that you are earthed and will not die.
6) Once that glue has dried, use the other foot to reach back and flick the switch on.
7) After 2-3 hours, you can switch off the socket and remove the pole from your anus.

If you wish you can stay like that for a few more hours if you want a better effect, but this is not advisable as it can potentially cause cancer.
