It's like spiders evolve to eat everything, well, I'll have my "over-kill" gun on the ready at all times when those spiders evolve into man-eating giants.

immediately thought of this badass spider equivalent of an anti air cannon.

i saw a spider crawl out of my pantry once, it was about 2 inches long (not sure how many centimeters), if throwing my shoe at it didn't kill it, i was ready to take a road trip across the country and leave it for my family to deal with
this is the goliath bird-eating spider, it gets to be about the size of a dinner plate, there would be no running from this behemoth, i would just have to try to kill myself before he gets the urge to

if i'm not mistaken, that spider is also common in provinces of the philippines often found on mango trees and they call it "gagambang ekis"

You won't be afraid of spiders until you wake up and the very first thing you see is a jumping spider, literally a centimeter away from your ******* eyeball. You see it's disgusting mandibles moving and it's legs twitching and I swear I have never run jumped faster than I have on that day.
