Wasn't there a game for Gamecube that did stuff similar? I remember it making it look like your TV volume was being turned down. Or I'm just making up memories. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

It was called Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem. If your character like went insane then the game would do random things to **** with you, like "turning off the TV" or lowering the volume and **** . I love that game

Yeah, except I actually played the game more than once and made different choices on purpose. The game ends the same way every time, just with a slightly different ******** paragraph at the end. The only thing that changed was the order in which **** happened. Not the **** itself.

Hi, I'm developer and I've been doing a game engine that actually does it. You may hear of me soon (or not).

plenty of games who say that
none of them actually do that

like mass effect, you still end up with the same endings no matter what
the walking dead? same damn thing
dragon age? yuuuuuuuuuuup

Too bad the game didn't actually implement this well. It got too caught up in it's own internal logic instead of considering the player's reasons for doing things.

For example, if you played through and examined everything to see the environment, you got a bad ending that implied you were a bad father. It also profiled you as an alcoholic if you look at at too much booze.

My playstyle and techniques change depending on my mood that particular day. What happens then? When I play games sometime's I'll play like a violent psychopath and other times I will play as a peaceful neutral party.

No that is a game I would play. Something that changes constantly based on what you do and how you do it. (not Fable)
