One day my buddy was over at my house after just breaking up with his girlfriend about an hour earlier.
He came over to take his mind off of that and to play some video games with me.
He explained that his phone had been ringing not stop and he just kept ignoring everything.
About an hour into us hanging out we are outside when his phone just keeps vibrating nonstop, he looks at it and messages upon messages are raining down. It literally looked like a 20 page essay this girl had typed out on why they should stay together and he should take her back.

Story time!
I was about 16, a sophmore in High school (now a senior in college) and I met this chick. She was pretty hot, asian, and was a really nice person. We dated for a bout 4 months and then finally had sex. Then...something changed within her. It was like a inadvertently laid a xenomorph egg inside her that never hatched. I would get like 20 calls a day, and over 100 texts. Needless to say I soon broke up with her.
BUT WAIT! The best part is coming. She was so desperate to get me back (she knew threatening suicide wouldnt work on me) she offered me $400 to go back out with her.
Did I take the money? You bet your sweet fucking asses I did, I used the money to get my Xbox 360 (and 5 years later still works just fine). I found out recently that she has a kid now, and living in some shitty trailer with some fat dude.
Moral of the story: Always exploit the insanity of people you know.
