That is $3,500 I do not need, I'd rather live on the streets. That is also a family I don't need and would walk away and never think of them again.

I'd gladly spit on whoever came up with that condition
User avatar #22 - falloutfanatic (03/19/2013) [-]
what kind of sick ********* makes that a condition in their will... i would told them all to **** themselves then desecrate that ******* grave. thats ******* disgusting and i hope that entire family dies of cancer

It's about $400-$800, give or take, if he really needed the money, he could do it & still have children.

Whats a vesectomy?
User avatar #35 to #33 - animalsgreenberet (03/19/2013) [-]
well, a hysterectomy is a removal of the uterus. usually they would get their tubes tied, but again, way safer and easier.
User avatar #26 - melontwilight (03/19/2013) [-]
But did it specify when?
Just do whatever, then later in life when you don't want kids anymore then there you go, free vasectomy, plus whatever's left over.
User avatar #18 - Willhelm (03/19/2013) [-]
doesn't mention WHEN you need to get one.

If they ostracize the person for being born out of wedlock, how can they be considered real family?
#34 - blockheadboy (03/19/2013) [-]
it doesnt specify when though |:)
User avatar #30 - greenwithenvy (03/19/2013) [-]
this is actually doing the guy a favor, "spend $500 on a vasectomy then use the other 3 grand to party in vegas for a week or two, no regrets, no kids, just freeze a few samples for when you settle down... or adopt"
User avatar #29 - rebby (03/19/2013) [-]
get money
put sperm in sperm bank
get vasectomy
no need to worry about getting a girl pregnant until you want kids
so
whats the problem

In the UK, that wouldn't mean **** . It is a purpose trust, as in Re Sanderson's Trust, with an identifiable beneficiary. This will be interpreted as an absolute gift, with "the purpose" being merely the testator's "desire" as to how cash should be spent. I think the US law is similar.
#25 - ungabunga (03/19/2013) [-]
Does that stipulation specify when?
User avatar #23 - kibi (03/19/2013) [-]
Did is specify both balls?
#21 - anonymous (03/19/2013) [+] (1 reply)
i would react to this by having many, many kids. Out of wedlock
#13 - lollytool (03/18/2013) [-]
I'd do it, friggin' hate kids.
#11 - anonymous (03/18/2013) [-]
Did he specify when you had to get a vasectomy to receive the money?

you could just what until you're like 40 and be like 'Well I've had enough of kids. Time for the 3000 bucks!'

But yeah, your family sounds like a lot of ass holes.
User avatar #9 - mcatheistnuggets (03/18/2013) [-]
I see no problem here.
