I should post this as anon because red thumbs hurt me. But i will be a man and take the hate because i feel i should stand for this. As someone whom has worked retail and answered phones. (only once did i ever get a prank call and i ended it promptly by declaring that op is a fag). But people who work in any job dealing with people where they have to help or serve them in anyway already have a ****** job as it is. Why torture them further. I have been yelled at for a solid 15 minutes because a sign above the station where i worked had the smaller spanish font under it for our non english speaking customers. Nothing i could do to change it. nothing i could do to fix it. and that job was how i paid for school. not like i could quit. And then people come along and for a quick few giggles they decide to torture people who have no choice but to pick up the phone and try to offer help to paying customers and be polite? This sounds like the ultimate form of bullying. Not only are they defenseless. But every time you attack them. They have to be nice to you! Anyone whom has worked as a delivery boy or in retail or even a server will know that while a few customers are awesome people. a whole lot of them are privileged ass wholes who judge you with out knowing you. You can often be looked down upon by both your management and customers. Talked down too and flat out insulted. So why hit these people while they are down? Its not very sporting. Its down right shame full and pathetic if you ask me. attacking people while they are down knowing they can't defend themselves for fear of their own financial security.

I agree with you 100% on this. You get none of my red thumbs, in fact you get a green one. I am happy that you posted this comment. It is a long and thorough comment in which I find very true.

I just wanted an excuse to use this, you make a fine point. I always try and be polite to people.
