That being said, the Paparazzi guy was not being a complete asshole for no reason. If you watch the video of what happened, Justin pushed him out of the way to get into the car.

Paparazzi guy disapproved of this, and was told to stfu and gtfo by Justin's gay butler. Justin (presumably high on popper's he had taken to loosen his anus muscles for a previous sex session with aforementioned gay butler) then decided he was he-man, and got out the car to show his disapproval of the paparazzi guys disapproval.
