Astartes don't have dicks.
I'm pretty sure this applies to Primarchs aswell.

Astartes are have their manhoods intact, and are capable of reproduction. They don't do it very often, and when they do, the child is just a regular human (the Astartes gene-seed can't pass on through reproduction).

As I recall you threw a huge bitch-fit because I was all like "as long as you live under My imperium you live by MY rules" and then you were all like " **** you dad! I do what I want!" and then you ****** up the house and put your little brother in the ER. I'm still trying to pay off those bills...
goddammit...

You must be getting senile, old man. You decided your quest to become a god was more important than your precious Great Crusade, and then you expect your sons, the Primarchs, to bow down to the rulings of a bunch of mortal itemsistrators on Terra who know jack **** about what it is that we do. Oh, and then you tell Magnus to **** off because he was trying to be a good son to you.

Seriously, what kind of a father are you?
#42 to #32 - Carthusia (03/11/2013) [-]
OK, I'll admit I was going through my mid-immortality crisis at the time, and maybe quitting my job a few millennia before I was supposed to retire wasn't the best idea, and MAYBE getting hitched to a trophy itemsistratum was a BIG mistake, and MAYBE I should have cut Magnus some slack (even though the way he talked about me kinda creeped me out in an incestuous way). But I'm still your father and in my house, what I say goes. what happened to you son? We used to be so close. I was gonna give you the keys to a brand new Mercedes if you kept up the good work, but then you fell in with those Chaos guys. They've been a horrible influence on you! They gave you some of that ruinous power stuff and before I could say "suck my omnipotent cock", you were hooked on it. Then you come home high and decide to raise hell and now look where we're at. And you can tell that Abaddon kid that I'm gonna kick his ass when this caste comes off!

Skyrim's main quest is so ****** . I don't mean bad i mean there is no way of truly coming out a hero. In the context of the game you only help the Thalmor.

In the mission where you break into the Thalmor Embassy you can read files on Ulfric. These files heavily imply that Ulfric is indeed seeking aid from the Thalmor by accepting weapons and behind the scenes support. Although when you show up at Windhelm he acts contrary to the fact, obviously a front so people don't get suspicious. The Thalmor were even a little upset that Ulfric got caught in the beginning of the game and were slightly relieved about the dragon situation because it prolongs the war.

The Thalmor are suppose to officially support the empire in this war and only do so in the case where they can weaken Skyrim. Why would they want to weaken Skyrim if they are supporting Ulfric? Because after the war they plan to attack Skyrim and take it as part of the Dominion so they can fight the Empire on a grander front and win the next Great War against the empire, similarly to Germany in between WWI and WWII.

Additionally if you chose to join the dark brotherhood and become an assassin your main quest target is the emperor. The man who commissions the kill is some Imperial named Amaund who suggest that people in high places hired him to hire you, and alludes to the emperor's death ushering in a great shift. This assassination whether committed by you or not could still probably be done by someone else after the events of the game.

So If you fight for the empire you kill skyrim faster for the thalmor, if you fight for the stormcloaks you weaken the empire and skyrim's resources still making it weaker. The Thalmor have a presence in Skyrim to secure power and thin out the strength of the people.

I think that there's a big chance that we will see the result of this in the next TES game.

It's pretty cool that you can see the weakening of the Empire from Morrowind to Skyrim.

User avatar #30 to #27 - kingrayne (03/10/2013) [-]
Yeah, all the empire is is High Rock, Cyrodiil, and Skyrim(dependent on your choice in Skyrim) since hammerfell and Argonia seceeded and Argonians conquered Morrowind.
#29 to #16 - kamikazebunny (03/10/2013) [-]
the next game should be about this.

Imagine how cool it would be to have all of tamriel at your disposal, a large storyline, maybe building your own army on whichever side you would like, etc.
User avatar #18 to #16 - heretofuckshitup (03/10/2013) [-]
I also forgot to add that if you do join the empire's side and kill Ulfric he appears again in Sovngard. In your visit there talking to Ulfric he will mention regretting starting the war. Whether he regrets it because he is dead or regrets it because he was wrong is up for debate.
User avatar #21 to #16 - thelordofrepost (03/10/2013) [-]
There's also no way to be a true villain. For instance in the main quest if skyrim were more like morrowind you would probably be able to let alduin destroy everything. (Also I'm not trying to be a dick but the main quest is with the dragons and such. The parts with ulfric and the thalmor are called the civil qar quest.)
User avatar #39 to #21 - heretofuckshitup (03/11/2013) [-]
you're right 100%. if you complete the civil war stuff first than you don't even get to the big round table meeting with everybody. That stuff is only relevant in the beginning when Delphine thinks the Thalmor are behind the dragons which is where i found the notes on her and ulfric.

This can be interpreted in different ways. The way I see it the change he's talking about is the possible not worshipping Talos, which justifies the imperials.

But the change can also be seen as the destruction of the Empire, then it justifies the Stormcloaks.

I chose the imperials, since I thought it would be better in the long run. I also couldn't stand Ulfric and most of the other stormcloak jarls.

Same here. Ulfric was just a dick. If you talk to Elisef (Don't know how to spell her name, but she's the Jarl of Solitude.), she tells you that Torygg might have stood up to the Empire/Thalmor if Ulfric asked him to. She also tells you that Torygg respected Ulfric greatly because of his defiance to the Empire.

But seriously, Ulfric is a racist dick who needs to get ****** up by a giant.
User avatar #15 to #13 - redblueyellow (03/10/2013) [-]
That´s what I never really understood. Why did Ulfric just thu´umd the king to death? And aside from that he's a racist dick. At first his goals may seem honorable, freedom to worship Talos and freeing the people of Skyrim from the oppression of the Thalmor. But that's al just for the poeple of Skyrim, the nords, and not really the other races. And I seriously ******* hate racism. I just can't even begin to imagine how certain people can think of themselves as not only superior, but of the other as inferior.

That's why I also hate the Thalmor. ******* stuck up elves.

If you side with the imperials you fight for everyone, and not just for one race.

User avatar #34 to #26 - heytheremister (03/10/2013) [-]
Then instead of doing all that war with the imperials **** , they should just attack the thalmor.
User avatar #35 to #34 - Jackimole (03/10/2013) [-]
That might be an issue, because the Empire and Thalmor are on the same side.
User avatar #36 to #35 - heytheremister (03/10/2013) [-]
Still, why waste your time attacking a *supporter* of your actual enemy?
User avatar #37 to #36 - Jackimole (03/10/2013) [-]
Because they're the ones enforcing the Thalmor's will to remove Talos worship, as part of the White-Gold Concordant.
