I like how pretty much every line in the movie is funny because of the characters they come from. Though the movie has pretty much no plot whatsoever.

I always just assumed it was the fact that a lot of people was able to relate with the issues of being the nerdy kid in school that was always picked on by the popular kids and that the movie showed that nerds can be cool too.

Whats crazy is that they didn't even spend a lot of money on making the movie either it was a pretty low budget movie.

That's the main response I get out of people. I mean, I get it. But I just didn't think it was an "amazing" movie. Again, yeah it was low budget. It wasn't fancy at all.

I remember watching it in middle school and my dad's friend saying, "You'll get it when you go to high school." Well, now I'm in college and I still don't "fully" get it I guess xD
