The fact that you lied about half of that story gives you no credibility. First of he held his baby over a balcony of Hotel Adlon in BERLIN, not his private amusement park and the baby wasn't at anytime upside down. Honestly it only took me 30 seconds to find the video on youtube, so why lie about the incident instead of just researching it first.

secondly, a child came out years later admitting he was never molested and that his parents made up the story.
thirdly, if you son or daughter was molested, would you accept money to keep it out of court? no probably not, but several families did. Michael offered a family money to a family to keep the case from going any further and they accepted. If I was a father, I would not accept money, I would want the man in jail.
