Well I'll tell you!
I set a cover photo, then screencapped my profile, basically from the line where my info ends, all the way to the top of the page, and I made sure it was wide enough to have a bit of space on the sides. Then, I set that s/c as my cover. Screencap that, repeat. Took 30 s/c total to get to that point you see up there, and about an hour or two of work. Also, do it at night, because every cover photo update shows up on your news feed and your friends will be spammed with it, unless you delete them as you go.
