Even if you can't control it you can at the very least sell it, there are people that would pay millions for a living dragon. Or you might just be good with animals and know how to appeal to it and somehow tame it...

The minimum level for a charizard is 36. You don't have any badges so the charizard would not obey you even at the minimum level. You got it from a trade so it is even less likely to obey you. You get the charizard not the pokeball so the charizard could say "Fuck this I'm out of here" the moment you receive it and fly away. It could also instantly kill you. The idea of having a magical dragon is appealing but it is really likely to leave you with nothing or worse yet, dead.
