Like that old lady that pranked a bunch of women into signing a petition to "end women suffrage" by making it sound like women were sufferING. It was on video, only a few women actually knew suffrage means "the right to vote".

They literally tried that in California one time...
A dude heard there was dihydrogen monoxide in the Styrofoam cups and plates that were to be used at some event. He put a vote to ban dihydrogen monoxide in the agenda. It got showed to some higher-ups who just laughed at his ass and threw the vote out.
