It wont take over your life unless you want it too. You dont really get addicted to it unless you are really weak-minded. And after 30 you can start playing ranks with friends. Thats the good part.

None of them are 30 yet, despite doing nothing but League. So I can't really do ranked. And solo queue is a nightmare for the most part.

Duo can be hell as well. The chance is just reduced by 1 player. But there is still 3 spaces left to fill the team with noobs.

I've duo queued once. My friend just kinda forced me into it...then he fed a Fiora top while I was just shoving a Brand back as Morg. Game was too easy thanks to our Jungler.

I mained support during lower levels. I was always the first to be blamed when the adc fucked up. And of course when we did well, it's because they were an amazing player.
