if you had a tendency to get everyone you ever knew and loved killed or worse, wouldn't you get a bit depressed?

I don't really care about too much realism in a show about supernatural beings and i don't want to watch two guys crying about their emotions trough half of the episode....

Yeah I've noticed, as depressing as it would've been I wish they had ended it when Dean went to hell. Name one show that would've had an ending that shattering.

Not a show, but... I think Shadow of the Colossus' ending was comparable.

You know, it's been like ten years since that came out and I haven't finished it, I'm stuck on the third colossus.

The ending is pretty unexpected to say the least.

Well ending at that point would be kinda weird since every last part of supernatural had a continuing story behind it. I would end it when sam fell into the satan's pit... Even though the whole michael/lucifer thing was kinda bad... I mean lucifer was awesome but michael was just a little bitch who couldn't find a good arguament after millions of years...

I was like, crying when Dean went to hell cause I thought the TV said SERIES finale not season.

For me the whole thing wasn't really sad... I rarely get feels from series

I love anything with a Supernatural reference, even if it insults it, because I can take a joke. It has become like my second favorite TV show ever.

Well, Smallville beats it out by a little because of Superman saved me during my childhood (obviously not literally)
