Humans for the longest time did what every animal did, fuck everything else and survive. The difference is we were smart. We learned how to take the things around us and use them to aid us. The whole in the ozone layer, caused by humanity, is having a big impact on the polar caps. It is proven that the world is indeed warming, most scientists agree that its being sped up by humanity, others do not. Either way, the ice caps are still melting, which can be seen by the fact that they are infact getting smaller.

Humans are not the only animals to cure sickness. Research has observed some primates which use natural medicine to cure certain afflictions. Everything else I agree with.

So no matter what we can do, nature will always 1 up us. And nature will always be able to adapt to pollution, there's fish that live with virtually no light and very little to eat, and the manage just fine.

Oil and Natural gas can run out but not for a long while, and don't forget, as long as there is swamp environments, these resources can be made over time. forests can be replanted, Air can be cleaned over time via lower production from human stand points, and said trees, and technically water never runs out because of the water cycle, you just need cleaner areas which it dumps into which even then we purify it. Also, sorry it's just that what you said made you out as Anti human, which is what probably made people more negative/aggressive toward you (saying insults doesn't help prove your point either).

Its a common misconception that when an ecosystem is devastated it will repair itself. If we deplete the forests, poison the water, and use up the oil.

We will never see these resources again in our lifetime.

It is true that trees grow back, but they also rely on each other. Their roots tether the soil and when clearcutting, occurs it is a rare thing for even a single tree to grow back.

And There are very few water sources that are not polluted, and that number is looking to shrink further with the Canadian Bill C-45 (Which reduces the protected lakes and rivers from 2.5 million to 82) Truth be told I'm not an expert on water, and as much as I know the resource itself cannot be wholly consumed, I do know that drinking water is a consumable resource. (Which extends to impact animals who rely on it.)

If Oil and gas run out, they're gone, that's it, no more. We won't be around for the millions of years needed to see new oil. (Alternative energy is one of those things we need to look into, again, finding a balance.)

Air is one of those things we heavily impact that cannot repair itself unless we let it. Our emissions only continue to increase, despite the claims anyone makes to the contrary.

I think the only real point I want to strike is that we need to find a medium where we aren't burning through the world's resources. We need to first realize and accept that humanity is a parasite. So that we can make an effort to change it. Certainly there are some who have already done and are doing this, but not everyone.
