i think that in BO2 they originally had "second chance"; or the ability to revive downed teammates.


Then they decided to remove such perk, but they kept the sound files.

Then they took the audio files and have them play at in multiplayer when doing certain actions.

Like when you kill someone they say stuff like "you'll be ok" or "On your feet"
