Syncing data between 2 computers

Its basically a dropbox but without the need of the internet.

A quick way to sync individual files or folders for real-time backup.
You can easily drag-and-drop files into the Magic Briefcase directly on your computer. Or, you can save your file to Documents > Briefcase.
It supports all file types.

so i can save all my funnyjunk gifs in my desktop pc briefcase and they will magically appear on my laptop briefcase?? thats cool if it does :)

In theory it should work, if you sync them together correctly, my personally, have no idea how to sync 2 PC's using Briefcase.
