not a fan of his, but being a multi millionaire before you can legally drink seems like a pretty awesome accomplishment.

The best response to something like this would be like: "I'm sorry you feel that way, i do try my best though, and a lot of people seem to like it".

Instead of the douchey "I have more money than you" argument. That's just ******** .
#163 to #158 - anonymous (02/25/2013) [-]
The money part is just a way of showing that people did enjoy his work. The only "douchey" thing he said was the last part.
User avatar #165 to #163 - lasmamoe (02/25/2013) [-]
Yeah, i dont know. I dont think money is ever a proof of anything, other than good business sense maybe. I know what you mean though.

It's like Lil'Wayne saying "I must be good. Just look at my bank account".
User avatar #156 - redcookiemonster (02/25/2013) [-]
1. He's not saying he is 19. He retired at the age of 19. hes not 19 anymore.
2. That was a ******* amazing come back.
3. Big Fat liar was awesome.

TFW wondering if im gonna move out before im 35
User avatar #151 - akkere (02/25/2013) [-]
He might've shut the guy down, but it still doesn't mean that his acting isn't mediocre, just that he made sweet bank.

Still, at least the guy isn't one of those teenage-turned-celebrities that did **** like drink and drive or do drugs and drive, like Lindsay Lohan or Amanda Bynes. I haven't heard any stories of him being a total douche and he seems to actually work well with people, so there's that.
#169 to #151 - anonymous (02/25/2013) [-]
he never said he was good...just successful
User avatar #187 to #169 - akkere (02/25/2013) [-]
I know that, I was just pointing out that just because he made that much money, doesn't mean he necessarily earned every dime of it, especially when he didn't do much that was eye opening in terms of acting.
#147 - fizzor (02/25/2013) [-]
Doesn't matter how many times I see this, always a good one. Muniz could've said the same thing in a slightly more modest way, but he did a good job at shutting that guy up nonetheless.
User avatar #146 - pulluspardus (02/25/2013) [-]
he's not 19 , and he is not retired, is this twitter real?
#160 to #146 - anonymous (02/25/2013) [-]
He retired in the sense that he doesn't accept any major roles and pretty much only does cameos.
User avatar #155 to #146 - nevrit (02/25/2013) [-]
This post is old and it might not have meant he was 19 at the time, but rather that at 19 he had that much.
User avatar #175 to #155 - leglesslegolegolas ONLINE (02/25/2013) [-]
He's 27 right now. There was no Twitter in 2005.
User avatar #190 to #175 - nevrit (02/26/2013) [-]
Then like I said, it could have inferred that at 19 he had that much money.
